Change or Cancel My Booking

Tip: If you process your change or cancellation request online via this page, there is an additional ZUJI Servicing Fee of $50 per person. If you are processing your request over the phone (1300 995 160 or +61 (3) 9820 9555), you will incur an additional ZUJI Servicing Fee of $75 per person. Please note: airline fees may apply.

Note: Any changes to your existing hotel booking requires a cancellation. Please first check the hotel's cancellation policy on your voucher as there may be penalties. To proceed with a cancellation, click the 'next' button below. You may re-book afterwards if required.

Note: Car Rental

Please contact the car rental provider directly to assist with your change of booking.

- For car-only bookings made before 14 September 2016, please follow the instruction below.
For car bookings as part of a ZUJI itinerary with other services (flight/hotel) or car-only bookings made via the ZUJI App, please call (02) 9037 0120 or manage online at cartrawlersupport.com.

Note: Travel Insurance

Any changes or cancellations to travel insurance policies need to be made direct with Allianz.
Please phone 1800 142 070 between 8am and 7pm AEST Monday to Friday and 8am and 5pm AEST Saturday.
