More than 90% of all Lufthansa long-haul aircraft already have Lufthansa FlyNet®, the first on-board broadband Internet service. This makes Lufthansa the airline with the world’s largest Internet-enabled intercontinental fleet.
Passengers can enjoy the full communications freedom of the Internet on almost the entire Lufthansa global long-haul network. The sole exceptions are flights over China — the system automatically switches off on entering Chinese airspace and switches on again when leaving it.
