Classes of Travel
Cathay Pacific’s new Economy Class is designed to make passengers’ travel experience better than ever, beginning with the seat. With added comfort, passengers will enjoy extra legroom and a cradle mechanism providing six inches of recline. A four-way headrest has been incorporated to allow for maximum head and neck support. There is also more living space and personal storage. Cathay Pacific offers a variety of regional and western dishes and on long-haul flights, passengers can select from a menu offering three main course choices, accompanied by fine wines and bread rolls. Each seat is also equipped with a multi-port connector and a USB port to stream content through a 9-inch personal touchscreen TV and mobile charging devices.
Premium Economy Class
Cathay Pacific’s new Premium Economy Class provides passengers more comfort and space during their flight. Guests will enjoy dedicated check-in counters, priority boarding and an extra luggage allowance. With a quieter and more spacious cabin of only 28 seats, Premium Economy Class allows for greater privacy and personal attention. On board, passengers will enjoy newly designed and deeply cushioned seats, extra legroom and a seat pitch of 38 inches – six inches more than Economy Class. The new seat also features a larger meal table, cocktail table, footrest and extra stowage space. Passengers are greeted with a hot towel and a welcome drink of champagne and juice. Premium Economy Class also offers an enhanced meal selection and a variety of snacks throughout the flight, including fresh fruit, an energy bar and dessert. Each seat is equipped with a multi-port connector and a USB port, so passengers can charge mobile devices and connect them to stream content through their 10.6-inch widescreen personal TV. A noise-cancelling headset is also provided.
The innovative design of Cathay Pacific’s new Business Class ensures privacy and easy access. Passengers can settle back in a luxury space in which to sleep, dine, work, read, watch TV or simply relax. The new, fully flat bed is 82 inches long with design features that give passengers the ability to move the seat back for privacy or forward to converse with their travelling companion. An innovative bed extension increases the seat width by 6.5 inches to give extra room. Passengers can sample superb Asian or western cuisine, accompanied by fine wines. Between meals, tasty treats such as noodles and ice cream are always available. The touch of a button opens a 15.4-inch TV with Audio-Video On-Demand. Each seat is equipped with a multi-port connector and USB port, allowing passengers to connect their own devices and stream content through their TV and charge mobile phones.

Each fully adjustable seat has an ottoman featuring additional stowage which also doubles as a guest seat, massage function, personal closet and extendable meal table which can convert into a workstation. Passengers will also enjoy a large fully adjustable 17” personal TV screen The new BOSE QuietComfort® 15 Acoustic Noise Cancelling® headphones and a multi-port connector and USB port to stream personal content. All our dishes are made to order for passengers to choose their own meals and dine anytime they wish complemented with an award-winning selection of wines.
StudioCX, the inflight entertainment system on Cathay Pacific, has an enchanting array of options including Hollywood blockbuster movies, popular Asian and Western TV programs, crystal clear audio, games and more. In fact, Cathay Pacific’s renowned Studio CX entertainment system offers more than 100 movies, 500 TV programs, 888 CDs and 22 radio channels to all passengers on the aircraft.
