Classes of Travel


Business Premier Class
Air New Zealand Business Class Air New Zealand's Business Premier class features a luxurious leather arm chair which converts into a fully lie flat-bed with a large adjustable table and ottoman footrest that doubles as a visitor seat. Every seat in Business Premier on Air New Zealand has direct aisle access as well as a unique design that allows passengers to enjoy take-off and landing in a reclined seat position. There is a wide range of on-demand entertainment which can be viewed from individual large high-resolution 10.4" screens. In Air New Zealand's Business Premier class, the fresh inflight menus are developed by a team of consultant chefs creating distinctive kiwi offerings paired with exquisite New Zealand wines.

Pacific Premium Economy
In Air New Zealand's Pacific Premium Economy, passengers can enjoy 50% more recline than Pacific Economy with plenty of leg room, full leg rest and foot bar and in seat power in most seats. Air New Zealand's Pacific Premium Economy Class also contains over 450 hours of entertainment from individual high resolution screens including blockbuster movies, TV programs, CD collections and games. There is also a four course menu featuring premium NZ wines and cuisine. Drinks and snacks are also served throughout the flight on Air New Zealand's Premium Economy Class. Pacific Premium Economy is available on Air New Zealand's 747 aircraft and 777 aircraft on long-haul routes.

Pacific Economy
The long-haul Pacific Economy class on Air New Zealand features a generous 32-34" seat pitch as well as audio and video on demand, on high resolution 8.4" screens. A wide range of on-demand entertainment options are available in each seat.
